We want to be upfront about what we collect and why.
During the beta we log your conversations and usage patterns — which models you use, how often, and which features you try. This helps us understand how we love blue is actually being used.
None of the AI providers we work with (Mistral, OpenAI, Anthropic, GreenPT) train their models on the conversations you have through we love blue. This is guaranteed by their API terms.
We use PostHog for usage analytics — which pages are opened, which features are used, and errors when something breaks. When you first open the app you're asked whether you consent to that, and you can change your answer any time under Settings → Ads & privacy. We never record your screen, and analytics never receives the content of your conversations.
The free plan is funded by ads. You choose whether they're picked using what you're talking about: with "General ads" nothing from your conversations leaves us, and with "Relevant ads" your message and the reply are sent to our ad partner so the ad can match the topic. They aren't used to build a profile of you.
The choice is yours from the start — we ask before you sign up, and it lives under Settings → Ads & privacy. If you've never answered, we don't share anything.
We keep your data for up to one year, after which it is deleted. We do not sell it.
You can delete any conversation yourself at any time, and you can delete your account and all associated data under Settings → Delete account, or by emailing us.
